Indulge me. I just spent 10 hours straight editing my documentary, fueled only by peanut butter crackers and a thunderstorm. I can't tell if I have a crush on Final Cut Pro or Stockholm Syndrome. The doc turned out well, but I'm too tense-tired to fall asleep. I remember the last time I was this tired: I started making fun of myself for not going to bed, only to stop halfway through and go, "Wait, what?"

Um. I pick - Miss Parker, just because I am finally starting the second season and have once again realized how kick-ass she is.

Heh, oops, I suck at email this week.

The doc was about epigenetics, which is the study of genetic control and phenotypic expression - in layman's terms, it's about the different methods of controlling how DNA is expressed in different cells. For instance, a nerve cell and a muscle cell have the exact same genetic code - all the same base pairs in the same sequence - but they do completely different things. How? That's epigenetics.

I will attempt to post about Miss Parker tomorrow.

Okay, so I suck at this whole timeliness thing....

Miss Parker:
1.) Parker has plenty of sexual experience and not a few one-night stands, but she expects and practices monogamy in a relationship. If you betray her (romantically or otherwise), she will make them regret it.

2.)She doesn't always want to capture Jarod, but she always wants to shoot the bastard.

3.) Her bathroom is pink - not the public one, but her private one attached to the bedroom. It is the only pink thing in her house (discounting wine), but she won't repaint it because it reminds her of her mother's dressing room. And the color used to make Thomas laugh.

Zoe:
1.) She may have relationships again - even long-term ones - but she will never remarry.

2.) She knows many, many more curses than Jayne, but prefers a few elegantly vicious ones and the power of her glare.

3.) She doesn't completely trust Simon, because River will always come first for him. She likes the kid, but he would shoot her in the back if it meant River's life. But she understands - she'd do the same thing if the choice was him or Mal.
