Challenge #9: In your own space, list your Fandom Wrap categories.

What are your top five fandoms for 2021 based on the amount of time you interacted with them?
1. The Untamed/CQL/MDZS
2. Nirvana in Fire (mostly due to my Langya Bang book club read)
3. Word of Honor
4. Sleuth of the Ming Dynasty
5. 9-1-1
+ Honorable mention to DCU and Boku no Hero Academia, since I keep dropping by to read some fic and then wandering away again without ever interacting with canon.

What are your top five fandom spaces in terms of time spent? (AO3, Twitter, Tumblr, Reddit, Dreamwidth, and others)
1. AO3
2. Tumblr

Honestly, Twitter is more of a keeping-up-with-people space at this point, as a large chunk of my follows are friends who only use that platform and don't post much fannishly. I dislike it as a fandom space anyway, it's worse than Tumblr for finding things again.

What are the top five ways you interacted in these fandoms? (Reading fanfic, writing, commenting, watching videos, chatting with friends, making art, or anything else you can think of).

I'm going to steal tassosss's list, because I loved it:
Top non-Wangxian MDZS fic that I read last year
1. Zephyrs Blowing Below the Violet - AU where Yu Ziyuan and Jiang Fengmian live from Madam Yu's POV, with all her vicious edges and competence
2. hold your tongue and let me love - the story that made me realize how Lan Xichen/Jin Guangyao work, and thus broke my heart over it while being terribly sweet in itself
3. chances are - five sad AUs and one fix-it for Jiang Cheng/Wen Qing
4. the saddest timeline - a very short Tumblr fic but oooh it's sharp and good
5. leave the ruins where they fall - short sweet AU from Lan Qiren's POV where Madam Lan ran from the sect with his nephews (honorable mention to go where the stolen roses grow, on similar lines)

Wait, when you say you don't interact with the DCU canon, do you mean ever? I feel like I've seen you reblog enough of it on tumblr that I assumed you were into the comics.

Haha, yeah, I definitely got into DC stuff sideways from the Justice League cartoon, and Teen Titans fandom was in swing at the same time so I got into Tim/Kon via JL writers, and then my love affair with Tim Drake just never went away, the little weirdo. Plus that was right around the time Jason Todd came back to life, so I just started following the Batfamily soap opera and never stopped. I've read some of the comics as trade paperbacks, but never widely or regularly; mostly I'll read some fic, go 'wait, they did what?!?' and catch up on a wiki.

I don't know Batman and so I am just assuming everyone named who is not Bruce Wane is some version of Robin over the years. I'm under the impression there are...lots.

LOL yeah pretty much! He's got a couple kids who weren't ever Robin, but like seven who were.
