- Reply to this post with the words "BY THE ANTI-CLOCKWISE PROPELLER OF ICARUS!" (or whatever; I don't even know what that means) and I will pick six of your icons.
- Make a post (including this info) and talk about the icons I chose.
- Other people can then comment to you and make their own posts.
- This will create a never ending cycle of icon glee.
musesfool chose these icons:
( by virtue of having more than 6 icons, finally )
My keywords are very prosaic, so I'm not going to discuss them: they're generally: [fandom][character(s)][one-word descriptor]. I think
recessional said once about her icons that they were like an alethiometer, and that's a wonderful description of how I use mine. There are obvious uses, like using my Life icon when I'm talking about real life stuff; but that same icon will be used for multiple emotions and contexts, like feeling meditative, or discussing something urban, and several others. I imagine most people do something similar, but feel free to tell me I'm wrong.
For years, I've only had the basic number of icons on LJ, so I had to use versatile icons; you'll rarely see me with single-fandom, single-sentiment icons - not because I don't like them, but because they feel like a luxury for people with the icon space.
