On the mortality rate of characters named Daniel

I have been noticing a lot of characters named Daniel who end up dead on the shows I watch. To wit:

LIVING
1) Daniel Meade (Ugly Betty)
2) Danny Williams (H50)
3) Daniel Jackson (Stargate) (ETA)

DEAD
1) Danny (Alias)
2) Daniel Monroe (Nikita)
3) Daniel Jackson (Stargate)

....The final example is going to screw the stats on this one, huh.

4, I think: the movie, the Nox, radiation poisoning, and the time with the Replicators. There are another half-dozen alternate universe/robot double/VR versions that I think I'll skip.
