When my sister was filling it out (I live in her household), she kept shouting questions to me like, "Did you live in prison part of this year? Are you sure? Are you really sure? But how do you know?" :D
That's not good! On the other hand, you'll probably get covered by Nonresponse Followup, which kicks into gear on May 1, where a bajillion enumerators go out and track down people who haven't responded. If you want to be proactive, you have a few options (http://2010.census.gov/2010census/how/questions.php).
Well, my dad did our census forms. I guess when I am in my thirties I'll get to do one ALL BY MYSELF.
Our local library has a percentage count on the front page keeping track of how many forms have been turned in in relation to our local population. It's pretty cool.
