Job hunting sucks

Home safe from the wilds of New York! I successfully shepherded the twin through her thesis-writing, visited my old roommates, and had a lovely fannish dinner with dotfic, followed by an intrepid hike through last weekend's blizzard.

I did not, alas, send any postcards. But I will when I go back after New Year's! I promise!

Also, Lindsey managed to hook me on Fringe. (How does she do these things? Am I just that easy?)

I was skimming the latest LJ news announcement, and stumbled across this unfortunate sell line:

All I could think was: I don't want to make alien fat babies!

Yes. Anyway. Another reason to defect to Dreamwidth, if I ever bother to set up my account there properly.

sorry i took *soo* long to visit -- I decided to take a week off from life after college. I was so stressed for my essay.. i ended up writing 40 pages (the maximum!! ) -- and somehow -- somehow -- even though i turned it in 2 days late -- I got an A.


Lets talk soon again, Please!

(btw... on the time off, i've been reading HP+DM nonstop. oh.. HD_holidays.. D'oh.)

Ack! How did I miss this? I'm so glad you survived the finals period! And of course you got an A, you are made of win like that. ♥

Dude, fanfic binges are the best idea after long-term stress. It's very soothing.
