I'm so *stupid*. Why did I procrastinate on two very important projects this week? Whywhywhy?!? *smacks self* Bloody hell. I need to get my idiot brain under control. The stupid bugger keeps running off to read fanfiction and LJ. GAH!

*shakes head* Avoid the fanfic and LJ. Or at least, avoid all but the very best. *g*

I try, but I have no willpower in the face of entertaining people. And my bloody lovely friends list posts too much...

Does *anyone* have any willpower when faced with entertaining people? God knows I certainly don't...

But I agree with you about people on flist posting too much. You aren't the only one who gets sucked into some vacuum when schoolwork should be worked on instead.

I'm going to be in Austin on the 21.

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yay! I'm gonna be in Houston that morning (we have to visit my mom's best friend's dad because he's not doing very well), but I'll be back by late afternoon or so. You'll still be in town then, right? You're not just doing a drive-by and I'm going to *miss it* because of this?

YEEYEEYEE!!! *dances*

I know exactly how you feel, since I just spent way too long following your very helpful PotC recs post a few entries back. Thanks for that, and I hope your projects turn out alright.

*g* Whoops. I just feel so...guilty? abashed? corrupting?

Gleefully evil? ;)

I'm glad you got some use of them! I've been addicted to recs since I discovered that they existed (i.e., named and propagated around the Internet), and it's cool that I'm actually making them to someone other than my sister now.

Thanks for the good wishes! I did finish both of them, though I had to pull an all-nighter. The English paper was less than what I'd wanted (as a perfectionist), but I calculated that even if I got 66%, my grade would still be 88 because of my other work. The fairytale was finished, also without my full satisfaction, but it will just have to wait until I feel like writing a novel.

Hey, checked out your info, and have decided to friend you because you are Canadian, and my journal needs a Canadian to match my Brit ;) And, y'know, possibly because you share a lot of interests with me...
