“Celehar? What's the matter?” Velhiro craned her neck, but could only see a seal with an unfamiliar animal on it – a cat? no, a fish? some kind of mermaid? “It's not from the Archprelate, is it?”
“No,” Celehar said, cradling the letter warily. “It is from the Emperor.”
